Outlook Web App: Attachments may only be viewed as a Web page
Since upgrading to Exchange 2010 users regularly rep0rt that they are unable to open attachments when using Outlook Web App. They all receive the same message:
For security reasons, this attachment may only be viewed as a Web page. It cannot be saved to disk.
It didn’t take long to resolve this one and it was quite a simple fix: when logging in, be sure to select Private Computer instead of Public Computer.
This relaxes the security settings and allows users to open attachments.

Does not work for me – we have a 2 step entry the first from a special 6 digit number generated by outlook – still have only the web page option to open which seems fixed as the email is received. I have a remote computer tying into Outlook
