Exchange 2016 – “Application cannot be started” when running Hybrid wizard
While trying to run the Hybrid Wizard in Exchange 2016 I get a message box:
Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor.
Clicking the Details button opens a log file, and this line half way down stands out to me:
Deployment and application do not have matching security zones
Fortunately the solution was quick and easy – use Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome!
